Hi everyone, Happy New Year.

Every time I look at another stamp in this collection more questions always arise.

With that said the first is a Scott 209 that was placed in a 1930's Stamp book under Scott 150.

The other is labeled as a Scott 187

I did read the information on these stamps in stampstarter.com (Great resource). Plus I read what was said in the Scott Specialized Catalog (from 2014)

What do you all think?

Happy New Year, Ray. To my eyes they both look like 209 (4 vertical lines between left side of oval and edge of shield). Other stamps of this design would have 5.

Thanks Dudley. My Grandfather mislabeled these then.

I agree - both are Scott 209.
