"Department Of State" Stamps Of #o68 #o69 #o70 #o71 In My Collection , Are They Genuine?

hi, it is very nice to see, there are still plenty of folks who are interested in Stamps.. Thanks to you all for Welcoming me into your community.

I am going to cut it very short, I have got a collection of Stamps since 2009, mostly from the USA stamps, it has been a long time since I have been in my collection, Last few months I have been staying at home and working only part-time due to this ongoing pandemic, I had plenty of time to go through my old boxes and I had a chance to see my stamps collection thoroughly,

The reason I am here other than being an amateur stamp collector, I needed a little help from you stamps loving fellows, of course, if it is possible for you, please,

I found some stamps which are "department of state" stamps of #O68 #O69 #O70 #O71,

I am just wondering if these stamps are Genuine in your opinion? I would have sent them in for inspection but because of this ongoing pandemic, either them places are not operating or they are dealing by post only, No face to face meeting, Also some of the charges are too much for someone like me amateur,

your opinion and advice greatly appreciated,
