KGV1 Unitrade 256 Strange Colouring

Just going through some auction purchased stamps and came across these see picture.
Unitrade 256 different colourings...the last one looks strange (see photo)..it came with a tag with a question mark on.
there is no running on the white margin....any ideas/ anyone seen this before
