Tagging for this issue is on prephos paper and normally appears a bright solid green. Inked image is printed on top of taggant. This sample, which has seen better days, appears to be untagged upon close inspection under magnification. Side by side comparison with a mint version under normal light appears to be the same color and printed dot patterns. This image is taken under SW UV. Under LW UV this sample appears the same as a mint version. If altered in some fashion it would have a good chance of showing up under LW UV. Sorry if a bit fuzzy as my new iPhone doesn't focus as well under low light as my old one.
