The easiest way to tell the difference is the recut line below the stars on Scott 68. The horns at top are also different, but can sometimes by obscured by perforations. Scott 62B does not have the dark line below the stars on the edge of the white space above "U. S. POSTAGE".

The following is among the best reference images of 62B that one could have. Mr. Crowe will recognize the stamp as he expertized it. Kelleher recently offered it.
