Suggestion.
common "stamp rubbing". Face of paper and imprint, removed via bad husbandry / care of the example.
Prove by close inspection under magnification.

This was also my thought with the rubbing.
Then I got curious about the single dots.

Indeed,
it also looks under the Pmk, which is unusual.
I would be ripping out the loupe, immediately.

You may be right, Her Majesty's forehead is a white blank on my die example, you may have a flaw or EFO, or dirty printing plate.

Dots like that with a "halo" may suggest very fine hard dust or grit.

I would examine the stamp under 10-20x magnification to see if it is abrasion, or a printing freak.

Interesting example. The frame break on the Right may also help you to plate your stamp.

@bookbndrbob: extra zoom or greater pictures of stamps are out of my range at this moment.

@partime: good idea to plate them. I have 25stamps of these.
My first challenge is to name them correctly in SG.
Maybe someone has a link or source for me on how to plate them correctly. I wasnt successful.
