Hello.

I saw this stamp for sale stating that it is sc 193a. I am doubting this due to the ruled lines. Am I missing something? Wouldn't this be more along the lines of sc205? It is hard to tell the exact perfs 6 or 6x12, since it is mangled/chopped up - but wanted to see what you thought. Thanks.
