Hi, yet another old and -I know- poor state hence invaluable stamp. My question is about the perfin. What is the easiest way to find out what it means and/or it matters? Are there people that collect them esp. the old UK ones (UK were the first to use perfins I understood)?

Wow perfins are a world of its own, I should have guessed. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
