You have two pretty different stamps there. The top one is from the 1889-91 issue and GJ shows three different types, each in two different perforations. The two types Scott shows are type I and type II from GJ, Type III isn't differentiated. Type I is the large head (cabeza grande), type II is the small head (cabeza chica) and type III is similar to type II but with the bottom curve interrupted. Yours is type I. Perforations are either 11 1/2 or 11 1/4 x 12 x 11 1/4 x 11 3/4 (usually just considered 11 1/2 x 12).
The second stamp you show is from the 1867 to 1890 design and there are bunches of different ones. Yours appears to be from the 1888-90 set and is a type I (cuello grande), the type II is described as cuella chica (small neck). Luckily these only have the one perforation, 11 1/4.
