How is everyone?

It's great to find this forum. I was cleaning the other day, and made the mistake of opening my old stamp album and a few envelopes with it. Hours and days and a few weeks later, learning about this printed evidence of human civilization, its complexities and rarities, and those who investigate, gain expertise in, and catalog same is spellbinding. Besides this, there's the thrill of possibly discovering something, whether in older U.S. or uncommon world stamps, that is rare and in plain sight. Two of the best things in the world, learning and discovery, right?

I am looking forward to your posts!
I was born and raised in Wisconsin. I'm now a Michigander.
In addition to stamps, I also collect meters and postmarks. If you decide to expand your horizon, one of the states I collect is Wisconsin. I have lots of duplicates.

Collecting for the enjoyment of collecting, whatever that might be, is the name of the game. Don't hesitate to ask questions especially if you need basic information and especially more advanced sources of information for any possible topic. You should be able to find folks on this board a little further along on their collecting journey glad to share experiences. Russ
