I'm having trouble finding this stamp in the Unitrade Catalogue.

No value on the stamp, those in catalogue have 2:50 CAnadian dollars on

Am I missing it ?

Looks like it does cone from that booklet, I got it from some Kiloware I ordered, received early February, so that stamp must have been quick off the blocks.

The booklet, souvenir sheets and uncut press sheets
were all issued on January 15, 2021

Regarding not having a value, it is actually a Permanent stamp, as designated by the P inside the little Canadian flag (top left). This means it is valid for a regular size domestic letter rate, regardless of whether postage prices increase. The current value is 92c.
