Here are the clues I've gotten from SCF in the past:

1) watch out for stamps that look like 26As that are really bottom row 26s

2) 26A has wandering side borders

So, given the border looks quite straight, I'm assuming this is a 26, bottom row.

I can confirm that your stamp is a bottom row Scott #26 (type III).
