Here is stamp #3 and I would appreciate any information from you that I should know (e.g. Scott #, type, condition, authentic/counterfeit, does it have any value, etc.). Thank you for your time and trouble.

Condition isn't bad. Scissor cut on all sides, not a horrible thing but the sides are tight. Bent upper right perf but a good copy. Scott #24, type V. The incomplete side ornaments are the telling sign along with the side scratches. If all side ornaments are incomplete it must be a type V.
