Here is stamp #4 and I would appreciate any information from you that I should know (e.g. Scott #, type, condition, authentic/counterfeit, does it have any value, etc.). Thank you for your time and trouble.

After using stampsmarter.com, I am going to try to identitfy the stamps I posted. Please let me know how I did, thank you.

I think this is a Scott #25

Close, but no cigar :-) A 25 should have a 2nd frame line horizontally across the top and bottom. This is a 26 or maybe a 26a.

Your stamp was printed from the top row of the plate (Relief A), as indicated by the damaged transfer above the lower-left rosette, which was touched up by hand with an engraving tool. The touch-up is seen as two vertical lines just outside the lower-left rosette at about the 10-O'clock position.

It looks like the same position (5R25) as the second example in the following post:

Sudzy, keep at it. You'll find that many people here want to really help you learn and help yourself; hence the links to the Stampsmarter site. You might also benefit from a Scott specialized catalog. Should be one at your local library, or older/used versions are available on a plethora of websites.
