Here is stamp #4 and I would appreciate any information from you that I should know (e.g. Scott #, type, condition, authentic/counterfeit, does it have any value, etc.). Thank you for your time and trouble.
Your stamp was printed from the top row of the plate (Relief A), as indicated by the damaged transfer above the lower-left rosette, which was touched up by hand with an engraving tool. The touch-up is seen as two vertical lines just outside the lower-left rosette at about the 10-O'clock position.

You might also benefit from a Scott specialized catalog. Should be one at your local library, or older/used versions are available on a plethora of websites.
