Triggersmob, Well in appears to be the correct color, imperf's are noted to exist. Scott's, at least mine, does not note any reprints of this issue. So I can't help any further.
Cannot assist other than to contribute with my examples, there seems to be a colour difference, indicating one may be a reprint. Also one has a dink in the "1" of the left hand value numeral.
