Not listed in Scott's. Are they trimmed perf copies?
What do you think?

There are imperforated copies of these issues. One or two alarm bells - the Crédit Lyonnais perfin on the 45c and the scarcity of the R(h)eims.

Many French stamps exist imperf, but these particular examples have small enough margins that it would be safe to ASSUME that they are trimmed copies. Even if they aren't trimmed copies, the onus is on the owner to PROVE that they are not trimmed. If you buy them, then you become the owner, and then the onus us your's. It's an untenable position, to be honest. If they sell for 99c (current bid), then they are priced about right.

Imperfs exist.The stamps don't have enough margins to be sure.
The 45c looks almost ok but it could be trimmed from a well centered stamp.Sheet edge imperf copies are best.. These are scarce stamps used...

One of the tricks forgers have used is 1)Trimming the stamp at the frame line.2)Using a heavy press and abrasives; the stamp is reduced in thickness.
3) Finding comparable paper,the exact dimension of the stamp is pressed(abrasives) in the blank space,reducing the thickness (same a the trimmed stamp).
4) The original stamp is pasted in the the depressed part.5) All that's left is to cut out the stamp with wide margins.
This can fool many from a photo.

A lot of these don't have a "used" price in my Maury but the 45c does have a used price a little less than unused. I bought a few of these from Harmer's a couple years ago;

Could those two 1c imperfs be newspaper wrapper cutouts?

Definitely I just needed a spot to store them. They weren't part of the auction purchase. My bad

The last stamp on the first row is imperf because it is from the French (general) colonies. It appears to be postmarked in Indochina.
