The thrift stamps are listed under Savings Stamps/War Savings Stamps in the Scott Specialised Catalog. Stamps shown are Scott WS1 and are valued at $12.50 on document. It is unclear if that is $12.50 each or for all. The document is, of course, the thrift card. These stamps were issued in 1917 unwatermarked, engraved, perf 11, in deep green. Although quite a few appear to have been printed many were redeemed.

There is also a smaller size thrift card, and there are multiple minor varieties based on serial numbers, signatures, and so forth.

If you'd like a dose of eye candy, you can see full 300-subject sheets of these among the BEP Certified Proofs. Follow the links and click on the image for the high-res version.

Also the $1 Treasury Savings Stamps (WS1), which I have never seen in-hand.
