Hi, I am a casual collector new to this site. I have a collection of 22,000 sheets (76,00 individual stamps) from the 96-97 Hong Kong Stamp Exhibition. There are only 34 different stamps ranging from 50 to 1500 sheets of each stamp. I am looking for some advice on how and where I could market these.
Welcome to the forum. First of all, please be advised that you can not sell anything here until you have 50 posts. Also, we might be able to help if we knew what your sheets look like - post a picture or two please
These are still held in large quantities by speculators so I feel your prospects of selling them are very unliely unless perhaps offered at a small percentage of the equivalent of face value.
Sorry, I am not trying to sell here but only looking for the best route to follow i.e. auction, to dealer, to individual, etc. Do I need to remove the post?
