Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The canal stamp is in black, I cannot find a black overprint.

The top stamp (rod222's last stamp) is described in an online catalogue as "Social Welfare Fund overprint", issued 1938, SG C523, Scott #RA60

I checked Steiner, and is in correct position (according to his page)
So, I wonder if the charity was obligatory, would it then be a "postal tax"?
Nonetheless, happy with its position, may just need a pencilled note.

Whem I Google PRONOIA, I get a reference to a taxation system. The site that may not be mentioned here lists thr Corinth Canal overprints with the description "Social Welfare Fund" and details them as Charity Tax Stamp - (1927 issue 'Corinth Canal' overprinted "providence'" in black).
