Elmer.

Have yet to locate an exact match for your label or sticker.

With that said, am thinking this is a merchant loyalty or premium
stamp. Akin to the S&H green stamp or Blue Chip stamp in the States.

The search continues.

Going down the rabbit hole...

I was curious as to the vignette here,
A Gaul with a horned helmet
I always thought the fantasised Gaul helmet had little wings,
(too much Asterix?)

Researching didn't get me anywhere, but came across the "Beserkers"
from which we probably get our Beserk from.

Stamps do that to one...

This is indeed a trading/saving stamp from France. It is listed in the 1999 supplement to Art Mongan's "Deposit, Rebate, Savings & Trading Stamps" catalog as cat. no. FUL-02.

Mongan also illustrates a 1F stamp in a similar design (FUL-01) but printed in turquoise and black (left, image below).

I've also seen two other varieties (middle and right), also 1F; one has a different shade of blue and slightly different text and the other is a smaller size.

As far as I know, there was a catalog of trading stamps published by Arthur J. Mongan around 1999 titled "Deposit, Rebate, Savings, and Trading Stamps". Does anyone have access to this catalog?

I am after a copy of this, also, Happy to Pay a decent price.
