This time one of the images shows a CIA invert ($1 Americana Lamp) strip of three. No disclaimers about genuine nor not stamps. Also ebay item number: 333966822907 went for just under $1000 US. That is the lot of Italian stamps shown in this thread. |

This time it looks like the images are smaller, making it harder to tell that the items are recently printed. E.g.:  Even at this low-res, I can sort of tell that the Shanghai overprints are too fuzzy. Most of the fake items have no cancellation, which is something of a give-away. Still, it is attracting a lot of bids. I'll try reporting it, FWIW. |

Does anyone want to take one for the team to see just how cheap the fakes are? It's so funny to see your basic young collector junk and then BAM 1,000 dollar inverted lamp stamp or something like that. |

I often don't understand how people buy even from NYstamps which has thousands of sales considering their history of fudging the truth. I'll buy from them if it's a big lot that they've decided not to paw through, but when it's some 500$ CV stamp I shy away. |

Bids over $3000 now. Just ran a illegal reproduction (same size and color) report as fake unused US stamps in actual size and color are illegal under USPS Laws.
Perhaps the third time this is pulled, it will stay pulled. |
