Hi. I'm new to the site.

Just came across what appears to be a cut square of King Humbert I. There is no denomination on it and no "poste itaiane", but is has a postal cancellation of 2/22/1894. On the reverse is Russian handscript.

I can't find anything in Scott. Any thoughts or insights?

Thank you so much! The Russian on the reverse threw me initially. Very grateful for the information.
