Ecuador 207 Has Me Stumped

This is like one of those images where you stare at it for a while and eventually you see the old woman instead of the young one. This is a Scott 207 and if you can see beyond the purple and black cancels the image of Irvina is visible. Now take a look at where the arrows are pointing and in between them there looks to me like a second image laid on top of the 207. Your thoughts most welcome.

Sorry Peter. I scanned and then ran through Irfan. Don't know what I do wrong with Irfan sometimes its fine and then there is like this one.
Try this one I ran through Photoshop.
