XLCR = Excelsior = Latin "Ever Upwards"
Quite common booklet.

I found something old, the other day, then I realised, I was looking in the mirror.

My very first stamp album was published by this company. I got it when I was about 6 or 7 and graduated to a much bigger one when I was was about 10. This isn't the actual album I had, just one I found on ebay, and apparently it was available either spiral-bound or stapled. I don't remember which one I had.
