2007 Souvenir Sheet 2213 Miscut ?

I've got two used #2213 SS sheets, one of them has got an extra building on it, to the left of the tower on the left of the sheet and one has not, obviously a miscut...which one is the correct one.
Locking at the picture in the Unitrade Catalogue the one without is ?

This is likely within production tolerance and is not a miscut. However, you do not show the entire souvenir sheets in comparison to give the full picture of whether the total width matches for both, etc.
In other words, is this a slight shift in cutting or an extra-wide item? It is hard to evaluate items when only partial information is supplied.

I agree with John - this is just a minor shift in cutting of the individual souvenir sheets from the press sheet as can commonly happen. The right edge should be cut a bit to the left as well to leave the souvenir sheet exactly the same size.
