Can't say. Would take more than a single picture to expertise a stamp with a (potential) value like that. Also, the ruler obscures 1/3 of the specimen. |

Thanks classic_paper,i was thinking send it to the APS,but I still waiting for 5 stamps that I send in January,so I guess I will send it to WT Crowe wich is as reliable and faster that all others |

You need to take a good picture, preferably a scan, and on a black background. One of the important items is how straight the sides are - not very easy to tell when white on white.

Thanks peter,i don't have scanner,and my phone is old,but thanks anyway,it will live tomorrow for Connecticut,to wt Crowe and in 1 month I will know |

The width between imperforate edges should be 21.5mm or more. Also, the edges are very sharp (which is not as expected, there should be some fuzziness, not as cleanly cut as if with scissors). |
