Here's St. Vincent Scott 145. A piece of debris adhered to the stamp paper at the time of printing, then subsequently fell off, leaving a white unprinted spot on the stamp.  Robert |

This is an Argentina 10c Liberty Seated from 1899-1903 (Scott 129).  A pin was missing (or broken) on the perforating wheel, resulting in this freak (no offense intended). I going to have to put this in a mount two sizes larger.  Robert |
