example of the bottom part of a Dutch sheet. It shows how paper problems can throw of printing. The stamps carry a 1(first postal rate) it is normally in the bottom right corner, but it has almost completely found it way to the next stamp, also a few perforations and letters are of. Look at the third stamp, the space between the N and E of Nederland is bigger then in the other stamps. |

Here's Germany Scott 1241. The partial stamp at the top has been cut by a dispensing machine. A new collector might believe the cuts are an extra row of perforations--it actually gauges at 14, the same as the perforations. Robert |

Quote: SC 1844 - The recalled issue with the wrong image in position 1. Blackjag, is there another error? Bottom row, left hand stamp, there is a big glitch on the "C" of Canada? |

Here is a mis-perforated 4pf. Hindenburg stamp (Mi. #514) from Germany. Bought this one from a dealer's stock many years ago because I had never seen any other such stamp from this series. |

I'm not a flyspecker, but this one came to my attention while working on South Africa. This is Scott 395. There is a small white spot on the right side of the blue band. It's a recurring flaw as I have two examples with the flaw and one without. Robert |

Here is Dubai Scott 98 with the silver printing misregistered upwards by about 3mm. A normal example is next to it. Robert |
