I got like 50 different covers with stamps like the following pictures, I would like some information about how can I determine the selling price value, and is there an online catalog specific for German Empire covers? Thanks

This is the best there is, for German covers: https://www.briefmarken.de/michelsh...d-1-bis-1945

Online, auction houses and sites would be your best best for value, since they'll all sow estimates and prices realized.

Thanks for that, but I wonder if they worth any price value for selling them?

If you took the time to sell them by the piece, I'd expect you could (eventually) get anywhere from $5 to $30 each, depending on the particulars of each cover. Won't happen overnight, though.

Prices may vary depending were in the world you are.

In the Netherlands were I come from and there is a lot of material on offer, prices are a lot lower then elsewhere in the world.

Prices for the pieces you show would be

First: 0.50 euro.
Second: 2 euro
Third: 1 euro.

But as I said, it could be double or triple elsewhere in the world. Put them up for sale and see what the market does.
