The stamps are old but relatively common and in poor condition. The Postmarks are not special. Conclusion: Give them away to a child and get him/her interested in stamp collecting.

Also, if these stamps were still on an intact larger cover, it would then maybe be a $5-10 item! So, for those out there that have complete covers, don't be so quick with the scissors!

Or more, as this likely was a registered international 1 pound registered parcel post item (Reg. 15 cents, 1 lb PP 14 cents to most countries).
