Hi all,

Awaiting a new scanner to arrive so only a photo for the moment, Y for A in Panama? , not clear in the picture is a further print of the overprint but faint, any views welcome.

Hi: (3rd Panama surcharges) In fact the last 'A' in PANAMA are accented 'A's'.Either reading up or down.In your stamp you have both of them (heavy inking).Inverted 'V's' exist also.There are around 40 different varieties in this printing.
