Your leap day response is nothing but more off-topic smoke and mirrors. But while you bring up the topic, I collect February 29 postmarks, have exhibited them, and won awards.
I would not call the two pictured in this thread "printer's hickey's". To me the PH's are smaller in size and found on offset or gravure printings (a subset of foreign matter freaks).
