Here are a few odd and ends I found while sorting through some French stamps.

First is what seems to be a cut square from a postal card similar to the 1991 self adhesive stamp Scott #2204. It is on thick white paper. I can't find any reference in my Y&T catalogue. Any ides?

Next is a copy of Scott #542 with a TROYES diagonal cancellation. I have never encountered this type of cancel; is it something special??

Last but not least is this small medallion fiscal stamp. I am curious about the D.A imprinted on the stamp; can anyone shed some light on it's meaning?

Thank you vayolene for the D.A information and nice image of TROYES cancel on cover. I found a similar cancel on a Finnish stamp and the suggestion was that it also was a cancel for printed matter,

Rod22 - yes a mutilated corner cut from what seems to be a postal card. Problem is I can't find any reference to the piece in it's entirety. Any ideas??
