some time ago I showed this stamp, someone had a great knowledge and posted ways to see if it was a fake stamp.

i believe the conclusion was that it was real, but I can't find the topic anymore.

backside with full gum, looks genuine for this period, and a small thin of course.

what do you guys think?

Look to see if it has been cleaned of an obliteration and re-gummed. Doesn't look like the rare shade though, which is a pity.

Ornaments of Floortrader's fake look pretty well done, yet not so good as the genuine, particularly the flower on the center-right. Who did the fake?

I believe the best fakes were done by the stamp dealer J.B. MOEN's .

I'd say it's real, just my opinion
(Don't take my word for it)
Looking at the lines between the ear and a few other things
Compared to the real
Just a guess

Thanks Everyone.

@Tim H

as I wrote, the gum looks genuine for this period, there's no obliteration removal, the face of the stamp is completely intact with no smear, wear or anything.

the only thing that even remotely resembles one of the issues on list of 15 telltales is that there's no broken outer frame in NE, but as the expert on the area pointed out there are 1-2 positions in the sheet that doesn't have it.
