Are These 554, 554A, 554B 2ct Perf 11 Stamps Or Something Else.

Somebody went far out of their way to put all these older stamps together and I'm not sure why. Did I make an error in determining these to be 554 or 554a? The sides are imperf on prs but perfed in between and on the top and bottoms.

Yup, booklet stamps. Zig was a coin and stamp dealer thus the creatively stamped cover.

Thanks for the information it puzzled me the way it was perfed and imperfed I just couldn't see the booklet side of it and yep would have liked it to be 554a or 554b but at least I know what it really is. Again thanks
