Ganesh Himal is a mountain range in the Central Himalayas with nine peaks. It belongs to the High Himalayan Crystalline Sequence and comprises Precambrian gneiss and quartzite.

Kangchenjunga is located in the Kangchenjunga Himal, which is part of the High Himalayan Crystalline Sequence. Its leucogranite peaks are flanked by Precambrian to Ordovician metamorphic rock formations and are carved by glaciation.

Teri Gang (7300m above sea level) is located in northern Bhutan, in the Tibetan-Tethys Himalayas Sequence. It comprises strongly folded and imbricated, weakly metamorphosed sedimentary rocks.

Seven Maidens (Saptha Kanya) is a mountain range located near Maskeliya in the central highlands of Sri Lanka. It is a group of outcrops of Pan-African granulites, a Proterozoic high-grade metamorphic rock.
