Ottoman Time Albanian Overprint Stamp, Is It Real?

I get 4 stamps from one of my friends. He does not know what it is, is it real or fake. Looks like Albanian stamp. Any ideas? Thanks

and full of danger.
Send away for a certificate.

I'd be very sceptical of the example shown.

If it is Sc#8 you have a c$500 catalogue stamp.
Personally, I would be telling my friend first.
Then share the cost of a certificate.

PS. The image is very poor for assessment, (Similar to your doctor, assessing your bad cough from the next room)
