Rev - I sure hope you are correct.
Peter - yes I am quite pleased with the centering (only off a bit to the right and better than typical) and the fact that it is very lightly hinged, and the price was reasonable. |

Why do so,e of the certs say withdrawn? Are they older certs for stamps that were resubmitted later and the PF kept te old cert when the issued a new cert? |

Stamps occasionally get withdrawn for various reasons; sometimes the submitter changes their mind, or a quick examination of the stamp shows that it is really not worth submitting and both parties agree, or perhaps some other reason. |

But it was 3 of the 10 showing on the first page that came up, not "occasionally", and they had cert numbers. |

It started out as a "block" of three, and became a pair and a single. So in effect they were the same item, and for some reason the submitter changed their mind. |
