Postal Card FDC: Same Issue, Different Size Cancel.

I always like to find different. These two cards as an example.
Same FDC cancel, different sizes.

I'm only guessing the smaller is the standard PO issue. And, the larger was done at the show PO Station.It also has a nice Chicago "The Windy City" pictorial cancel on the back.

Both should be considered standard. The first is a machine cancel, the second is a hand-struck cancel.

My point was the first was probably done in whatever dark hole the postal service cranked out 75,548 for its standard FDC servicing.

The second may have been done at the show, and was of a different size (unknown quantity), standard or not. And, was of some interest as to why and how; as well as the nice pictorial on the back.
