A friend recently received this FDC from Christmas of 1993 in an auction lot. Does anyone recognize the artist's work or have knowledge of the maker's mark on the back side? In information or direction to where to start looking would be appreciated.

The cachet maker is indeed Anagram Cachets and you can find about 250+ examples listed on ebay USA right now...
