First, it appears that this is not a postage stamp, but a stamp necessary for use with a national park access pass. The second imperforate, undenominated stamp looks to be an essay proof, used for design and color demonstration

Being partially finished, it is a progressive printing proof or printer's waste, depending on its legitimacy.

For American philatelists, a "Duck Stamp" and a "stamp with ducks" are two very different things.

Thank you to you all, as always....you are just there...

is there any point to keep it or give a value to it?...I mean, obviously it doesnt bother me to have it within my collection, just wondering if I decide to sell, it will fetch anything?....

I would be patient in deciding what to do with it. Your thread has been posted here for only 1 hour. I'd give it at least a week.
Depending on its legitimacy, it could have considerable value - or not.

The stamp is selling for about $10 USD on ebay right now, while the proof is ranging anywhere from $2.25 - $7.50 USD.
