Hi all,
While working through some Gwalior stamps I came across this India Official with an overprint I have not seen before, and cannot find in my Scott catalog.
Any help with identification is appreciated...

This stamp is from Oman, hence the overprint in Arabic. Sc OM O1, from 1944.
