St. Lucia World Cricket Cup Conundrum.

The $1 issue of the World Cricket Cup West Indies Winners 1975 is clearly Scott 404.
The other stamp in this ?2-issue set has a value of 50c (Scott 403) and looks nothing like the $1 stamp.
What's confusing me is that in my (admittedly dated) Scott catalogues, there is no mention of the 45c shown (which does match the $1 issue). Is this an unlisted variety, or am I just not seeing the Scott listing?

Hi docgfd, you have 2 different countries in your picture. 45¢ is St.Vincent Sc.#471. The St. Lucia $1 is Sc.# 404.
