This appears to be a tagging omitted example of Scott 2117. The only information I can find is an example of 2118 without tagging in a previous thread. My 2017 Scott Catalogue has a dash for the value and I'm wondering what a fair price to pay would be if I want to try to obtain any of the other seashells without tagging. Thanks for any information or comments.
