Here are a few I picked up while there, and other various I like.

Picked up from a street vendor at a market in Bangkok about 1971.

Described in Scott, but not released because the King had died. Used by the money order division for accounting purposes.

They had very nice bills. 20 baht at the time = $1. The largest bill at the time we could get was 100 baht ($5), so when you cashed your paycheck, you could end up with a pretty large roll (even at Sgt pay).



This one probably collector inspired (but interesting); the 5 Baht was issued in 1928, others 1941. APO 900 was Manila PI.


Nice big cancels. I like using Retroreveal.


Found these two in an old glassine. Almost didn't match then together.
