All of them are stamps from german private local posts (end of 19th century approximately)
The name of the city is most often written on the stamp
First row, first stamp :Breslau is now Wroclaw in Poland
Second row,first stamp : Munchen

Here is some information taken from Michel's Spezial-Katalog der Deutschen Privatpostmarken (1990). Value ranges are given where stamps exist in different shades, making precise values impossible here. Values are not given where stamps were reprinted and forged, i.e., where bogus items outnumber the genuine in the stamp market.

First row: 1.) Breslau (20-25 dm), 2.) Dresden (5-6 dm), 3.) Hamburg (reprinted and also forged), 4.) Hamburg (6-10 dm, if undamaged).

Second row: 1.) Munich (1 dm), 2.) Berlin (2 dm), 3.) Hamburg (reprinted and also forged).
