
It just begs for jokes. Consider the humble toilet, always ready, an oasis for comfort, and yet, never getting it's due. Never getting the honors it deserves. Maybe a medal.
Seriously though, I was just reading Linn's, and I see this info about the World Toilet Day UN stamps. I had never heard of World Toilet Day. Now I have. It's funny, until you find yourself without one, and then maybe not so much.
This is one of the nice things about collecting in general even if it sounds cliché: You learn about things that you may ordinarily never would. Not only about the mechanics of collecting, but the opportunity to think "World Toilet Day, what's that?"
