I Could Use Some Help Determining If My Early Chinese Stamps Are Real Or Fake

My reason for posting here is 1: I know a lot of people here have immense experience in stamps 2: I had one gentleman who was nearly 85 tell me they are fake and then offer to buy them, 3: I had another gentleman tell me they are real. At this point, I am researching for myself and doing my best to make a determination but a little guidance or maybe even a clue to help point me in the right direction would be much obliged.
