Chinese 1878 Imperial Maritime Customs Post Dragon Stamps. Are These Real Or Fake?

I have had one person tell me they are fakes and then another person tells me they are authentic. I really don't expect anything to make me rich but I have decided to continue to complete my great grandfather's stamp collections and one of the countries I chose to take on is China. With that being said I know there are TONS of fake Chinese stamps and I am still waiting for my perf gauge in the mail. I know these should have 12 1/2 per measurement but as far as an experienced eye..... I lack. Any input would be much obliged.
