True, I made no attempt to be complete, just a quick showing of some free lobby-dispensed items. Those envelopes with preprinted postage are Scott-listed and fall into another category in my mind.
Not intent to say you forgot them, only wanted to bring those to the attention of Letterpress. I also want to point out that when the postage rates change the preprinted envelopes become more difficult to handle as they require some amount of additional postage to remain currently mailable as none are "forever" but rather specifically denominated.
